Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalytic treatment entails meeting more frequently 3-5 times a week. Like any close relationship seeing each other more frequently along side the use of psychoanalytic theory and practice deepens the intimacy of the connection and unconscious communications coming to the foreground. Psychoanalysis allows us to gain deep understanding of the repeated patterns and storylines as well as our troubled places. The psychoanalytic experiences within the co-created relationship increase freedom to elaborate new possibilities. We develop our functions for narrating, dreaming, imagining and thinking together. As an analyst I have gone through rigorous advanced training, post licensure as a psychologist.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
Frequency at your individual need, often once a week meeting in person, on zoom or phone. This is a good way to start and exploring your needs. Using psychoanalytic knowledge and technique including our therapeutic relationship, we will gain understanding of feelings, difficulties and develop connections.
